Acknowledgement within five business days; answer within 30 days at most for PIPEDA requests, usually far sooner. Threat or harassment reports are handled within 48 hours.
By form
The form logs your message in our processing queue, tagged with the subject you choose, so nothing is lost. For a removal request give the number concerned; we will then ask for reasonable evidence that you control it.

- Been defrauded? Report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (1-888-495-8501) and, for an immediate threat, call 911. We are not an emergency service.
